Precinct Walking Meeting Saturday October 1st, 2011 - Judy O'Hare Coordinator

To all liberty minded people,

This is a reminder about the precinct walking meeting Sat morning at 10 AM at the Chamber of Commerce, 205 W Center Street.

This will be a short meeting to give you information about getting information to our neighbors in the precincts.

If you are hesitating to do this because you are uncomfortable discussing the Issues, you can just leave the literature at their doors.  We are only calling on republican voters which makes this a pretty easy task. Please try to attend.

To all those who are already helping, please bring completed streets & tally of how many doors you have completed.  If you can't attend the meeting, email me the tally.  We will need to arrange to pick up your completed street pages.

Thanks to all those that are helping!

A big thanks to everybody. If you would like to help, please contact Judy O'hare & I she will add your name to the list. Let her know if your name was forgotten or somebody that you know who is walking should be on the list.
A short meeting will be held on Sat Oct 1, at 10 AM at the Chamber of Commerce, 205 W Center St. to train & pick up precinct books.
Right now we are working in the highest Republican neighborhoods. If you would rather just do your street or neighborhood that would be fine also. It is your choice. Any help is welcome. What we are doing now, will give us a start on the 2012 elections. The Democrats pay $400 a week to their volunteers. We do it for the love of Liberty!

Patriots,

The meeting to Get Out The Vote (GOTV) will be held next Tuesday Sept 20th at the Chamber of Commerce at 6:30 PM.  This should be a short meeting to give you materials & instructions on getting out in the neighborhoods.   Your help is needed! If you haven't signed up, please do so.  If you've been screaming at the TV & wondering what to do, wonder no more.  Being pro-active helps to overcome the frustration & you are performing your civic duty at the same time.

Until the election, we will have these  meetings every 7 to 10 days in order  to keep everybody up to date on what needs to be done.  Please let me know if you will be attending.

Also, to let everybody know, I have 10 copies of the 5000 Year Leap at $6 per copy.  These are usually $20 per copy, but by ordering 10 at a time they are at the lower price.  We may be able to do a class on this sometime this winter. More on that later.

Thanks for helping.
Judy

Precinct & Issue Meetings Begin - Judy O'Hare Coordinator

Hi Folks,

We had our 1st meeting this evening to get started on getting out the vote in the precincts.  We'll continue these meetings weekly until the election.  If you are interested, please contact me so that we can get your precinct information.  Also, the campaign for Issues 2 & 3  is organizing walks in targeted precincts.   if you are interested in helping on that drive, please let me know.   That drive will get the most voters out to vote YES on the 2 Issues.

We've not had any offers of  fundraisers or mini-fundraisers,  so it is going to take a grass roots effort to get the job done in Marion County.  A campaign doesn't have to be expensive if interested voters come out to help.   We have the information & the tools, it's up to us to use them.

The meeting this evening was for 2 Townships that I was working on.  Future meetings will be countywide, for anybody that is interested in helping.  Please contact me ASAP.  I will try to have the meetings at the Chamber & if not, I have the Community Room at Vance's as backup.  All of the meetings we attend  & the money we donate to our political causes, doesn't mean a thing if we don't get the information out to the voters to get them to the poles.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday Sept 20 at 6:30.  I will let you know the venue soon.

Hope to hear from you,
Judy
